Can I personalise my gift?

Can I use my own handwriting?

Selected products can be engraved using your own handwriting. Where this option is available, it will be clearly highlighted on the product page.

How do I provide handwriting for engraving?

If our chosen product supports handwriting engraving, you'll be able to upload a clear image of your handwritten message during the ordering process. We recommend using black ink on plain white paper for the best results.

Delivery

How long will my order take to arrive?

As many of our products are personalised to order, delivery times may vary. Estimated delivery information will be shown on each product page before you purchase.

Can I send my order directly to the recipient? 

Yes, you can have your gift delivered directly to your chosen recipient, making it perfect for birthdays, anniversaries and other special occasions.

Returns

Can I return a personalised item?

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
